Serving up a South East Asian inspired menu Mao’s chefs add spice to their seafood with the ‘Chili Squid’ and serve ‘Pumpkin Spring Rolls’ alongside traditional Indonesian ‘Nasi Goreng’ and Thai ‘Larb Moo’. A bar on each floor will furnish you with a pre-dinner cocktail or two before you take your seat.
